Club Mix server provides a music library of over 300,000 songs, with automatic daily updates. Through our server, Our guests can pick songs in following multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Malay etc.
1) Searching songs on PAD by sitting where you are.
2) Via touchscreen, move to the place where monitor is.
– Pick songs either with the name of tiles or artists as many as you like, all selected songs will be saved in playlist in the pad.
– Cancel song or reset the position of playlist, select song that plays next.
Club Mix provides our guests with an additional option for song selection. Guests may decide if they are willing to choose own mobile phones to connect to YouTube, and the songs selected on Youtube will play on our LED panels.
By connecting YouTube, a wide variety of music in all languages can be searched and accessed. Our Guests can either select normal songs or songs in karaoke versions. The latest albums or singles can generally be found.
By selecting this connection option, our guests understand that songs played through YouTube may include advertisements. Any time taken by YouTube ads is the customer’s responsibility and is calculated as part of the booking time.
To ensure proper device recognition, customers must use a fully charged mobile phone when connecting to our hardware system. Switching to different devices is strongly discouraged, as it may cause system freezing or playback interruption, leading to delays. Any time lost due to such issues will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be compensated by Club Mix.

2) Is it allowed to decorate the room in advance?
It depends on the booking schedule. If the room is booked by other guests before your party, you can only enter at the scheduled time to decorate. If the room is available, you may decorate in advance after consulting our staff and receiving approval.
Materials that are difficult to clean, such as confetti, powders, etc., are not allowed.
Flammable or explosive materials, such as fireworks, are not allowed.
Smoke machines are not allowed.
Note: If a customer violates rules, penalties will be applied in accordance with our regulations. In cases of serious violations, we reserve the right to require the customer to leave the premises immediately.
2) What should guests pay attention to before leaving the room?
All decorations brought in must be completely removed and cleaned up by guests themselves when leaving the room. Failure to do so will incur additional cleaning fees to our terms and conditions.

Only light, easy-to-clean food is permitted. Strong-smelling, oily, or hot foods are not allowed.

The overnight booking will spilt up into 2 durations in one booking-order . You firstly book the room from 10.00 pm to 12.00 pm for the first day, then select the ”add another timeslot” and go next, where you are able to select the timeslot on the next day starting from 00.00 to 01.00 am. Your booking will be sucessfully carried out after paying two times deposits.
In principle, exceeding the maximum capacity of a room is not allowed. If guests insist on doing so, it must be approved by us in advance. In the meantime, an additional charge of €15 per extra person per hour will apply.
Please note that when the number of guests exceeds the room’s capacity, we cannot guarantee comfort or sufficient seating, as the furniture, sound system, and air conditioning are designed for a fixed number of people. However, we will do our best to serve all guests and ensure a pleasant experience.
Sorry, it is not acceptable. The deposit is required to book a room, but it will not offset against what you consume in the room or total room rent amount. You have to pay full amount of payment at the check-out. In the meantime, deposit will be refunded in full amount back your original payment account.

Invoices and Bewirtungsbelege (hospitality receipts) can only be issued after the event has taken place. We are unable to issue invoices in advance, as events may be postponed or cancelled.

Although we make every effort to verify the identity of minors, we cannot guarantee against cases where someone intentionally escape from this verification. If a minor attends the event without parental consent, the organizer or the person who invited the minor will be fully responsible for any incidents that may occur.
In principle, exceeding the maximum capacity of a room is not allowed. If guests insist on doing so, it must be approved by us in advance. In the meantime, an additional charge of €15 per extra person per hour will apply.
Please note that when the number of guests exceeds the room’s capacity, we cannot guarantee comfort or sufficient seating, as the furniture, sound system, and air conditioning are designed for a fixed number of people. There is no age limit. Guests celebrating birthdays at Club Mix range from 3 years old to 60 years old. Some parents even celebrate birthdays for newborns or children under 3. We are a family-friendly venue and an ideal place for birthday celebrations for all ages.
