A Membership Card (MC) gives you an instant discount on minimum consumption for the room from Sunday to Thursday. The Friday, Saturday and the day before public holidays in Berlin. (For example: April 30, 2026, the date before Labor Day) are excluded from use:

• MC 30% → 30% off the room price, minimum consumption has also been reduced to the 30% off discounted amount.

Example:

→ Room No. 5 minimum consumption: €220 per hour

→ MC 30% Card: minimum consumption is reduced to €154 per hour, snacks and drinks worth also  €154 per hour.

If spend €160 in a hour, then pay  €160.

• MC 50% → 50% off the room price, minimum consumption has also been reduced to the 50% off discounted amount.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you show ID and telephone number.

The discount card is valid only on specific days and times.

Valid days & times:

• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Mondays to Thursdays: all day

Not valid on:

• Fridays – Saturdays
• Sunday from 02:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• The day before public holidays in Berlin

(e.g. April 30, 2026 Thursday – the day before Labor Day)

Discounts cannot be applied outside of the above valid days and times.

All Membership Cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

No. Each Membership Card is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the registered cardholder.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with:

• Gift cards
• Coupons
• Special offers
• Flash sales or promotional pricing

A Gift Card is a prepaid card with a fixed value that can be used like cash.

Example:

Room 1 – 1 Hour Gift Card (€90)

Allows one hour of room usage or €90 credit toward services.

All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

No. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

No. A Gift Card is already a prepaid product and cannot be combined with Membership discounts.

Yes. You can upgrade from MC 30% to MC 50% by paying the price difference within the validity period. Your MC 50% will not start a new 12-month period, it will keep the same expiry date as your MC 30%.

No. Each Gift Card is valid only for the specific room stated on the card.

If a Gift Card is issued for Room 1, it can only be used for Room 1 and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or used for any other room.

To use your membership, please present a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) at checkout. We will also verify your phone number on the spot, which must match the number used when you purchased the membership.

If the ID or phone number cannot be verified, we reserve the right to charge the regular price and the discount will not apply.

If you change your phone number, please contact our staff before using your membership to update your details.
