1 – The bar is located on the ground floor next to the street. Parking spaces line both sides of the street, making it very convenient to park, get in and off the car, and enter the bar.
2 – There are no obstacles or steps at the main entrance, so strollers can enter the bar freely and easily.
3 – The private room entrances are also step-free, allowing strollers to move smoothly from the main entrance directly to the reserved room.
4 – Barrier-free restroom is located right next to the rooms.
Club Mix provides our guests with an additional option for song selection. Guests may decide if they are willing to choose own mobile phones to connect to YouTube, and the songs selected on Youtube will play on our LED panels.
By connecting YouTube, a wide variety of music in all languages can be searched and accessed. Our Guests can either select normal songs or songs in karaoke versions. The latest albums or singles can generally be found.
By selecting this connection option, our guests understand that songs played through YouTube may include advertisements. Any time taken by YouTube ads is the customer’s responsibility and is calculated as part of the booking time.
To ensure proper device recognition, customers must use a fully charged mobile phone when connecting to our hardware system. Switching to different devices is strongly discouraged, as it may cause system freezing or playback interruption, leading to delays. Any time lost due to such issues will be the customer’s responsibility and will not be compensated by Club Mix.

Club Mix server provides a music library of over 300,000 songs, with automatic daily updates. Through our server, Our guests can pick songs in following multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Malay etc.
1) Searching songs on PAD by sitting where you are.
2) Via touchscreen, move to the place where monitor is.
– Pick songs either with the name of tiles or artists as many as you like, all selected songs will be saved in playlist in the pad.
– Cancel song or reset the position of playlist, select song that plays next.
Important note: The original YouTube feature in our system has been deactivated, as it could no longer provide access to all songs, especially latest released albums. This means the built-in YouTube functionality in our system is no longer available.
Guests can place drink orders remotely from the room by pressing the order button placed on the table. Once our staff receives the signal, we will promptly come to the room to take the order.
Alternatively, guests may choose to leave their reserved room and visit the bar counter to place their order directly with our staff.

Although our Small Room No. 1 can accommodate up to 6 people, we would suggest choosing a slightly larger room, such as Medium Room No. 4, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
This is because wheelchair users require additional space, both for the wheelchairs themselves and for comfortable movement within the room. Choosing a larger room will ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Yes! We are located in Meinekestraße, right beside to street, parking available on both sides of the road. There is also a parking lot behind our building. You should be able to find a suitable parking spot easily, allowing you to reach our venue quickly and conveniently.
You simply need to book a room for the appropriate number of guests in advance through our official website. After that, all you need to do is arrive on time and enjoy your party!
In most cases, pre-ordering is not necessary. You can order drinks and snacks directly from our staffs after you arrive at the venue. Once your order is placed, our team will deliver the drinks and food quickly, so it will not interrupt your entertainment.

Yes, absolutely. We offer a selection of non-alcoholic drinks prepared for guests who do not consume alcohol, so everyone can enjoy great snacks, drinks, and a fun time at our venue.
If a guest arrives more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the reserved room will be automatically cancelled. Club Mix reserves the right to treat this situation as a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded. Once cancelled, the room may be reassigned by our staff to other guests who wish to make a booking.
