Minimum Consumption means the minimum amount you must pay when you book a room. You don’t pay for the room itself — you just need to order at least the minimum amount in food and drinks.

Minimum consumption is €140 per hour.
If your group orders food and drinks worth €130
→ you still pay €140.
If your group orders €141
→ you pay €141.
So you always pay at least €140, or more if you spend more.
Our rooms are charged based on a minimum consumption per hour, and each room has a maximum capacity. You can spend this amount ordering snacks and drinks from our menu.

Yes, room reservations can be canceled or modified up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival or event date for free of charge. Failure to do it may deposit be non-refundable.
No additional charges will apply If your total consumption does not exceed the room’s minimum consumption requirement.
However, extra fees may be charged in cases of violation of room rules such as intentional damage, failure to comply with our cleanliness requirements etc.1
The overnight booking will spilt up into 2 durations in one booking-order . You firstly book the room from 10.00 pm to 12.00 pm for the first day, then select the ”add another timeslot” and go next, where you are able to select the timeslot on the next day starting from 00.00 to 01.00 am. Your booking will be sucessfully carried out after paying two times deposits.
In principle, exceeding the maximum capacity of a room is not allowed. If guests insist on doing so, it must be approved by us in advance. In the meantime, an additional charge of €15 per extra person per hour will apply.
Please note that when the number of guests exceeds the room’s capacity, we cannot guarantee comfort or sufficient seating, as the furniture, sound system, and air conditioning are designed for a fixed number of people. However, we will do our best to serve all guests and ensure a pleasant experience.
Sorry, it is not acceptable. The deposit is required to book a room, but it will not offset against what you consume in the room or total room rent amount. You have to pay full amount of payment at the check-out. In the meantime, deposit will be refunded in full amount back your original payment account.
Once you complete your online reservation and pay the required deposit, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.
Only a deposit is required to secure a successful booking. The full amount is not required for reservation.
Yes, of course. We accept both credit card and cash payments on site.
We generally do not recommend paying the full amount in advance, as our minimum consumption is not a fixed price and depends on actual consumption. If the final consumption exceeds the prepaid amount, the remaining balance must still be paid on site.
Invoices and Bewirtungsbelege (hospitality receipts) can only be issued after the event has taken place. We are unable to issue invoices in advance, as events may be postponed or cancelled.
For company events with buffet catering reservations, a deposit is required, and an invoice can be issued for the deposit amount.
For most guests, we recommend securing the reservation by paying a deposit online or on site.
We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. As we are often fully booked, we cannot guarantee room availability for walk-in guests.
Normally, staying after our closing time is not allowed.
However, with prior approval from staffs, you can extend your renting hour.
In this case, double room fee will be charged – this extra amount covers our staff’s overtime and service costs.

Our regular closing time is 2:00 AM.
A guest in Room 1 (minimum spend €90 per hour) requests to extend one more hour to 3:00 AM.
This extra hour will cost €180 istead of €90. The amount of €90 for the regular room fee. The rest of €90 for staff overtime and service charges.
To book our buffet catering service, please contact our team via email or phone with your event details. We recommend confirming offer at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
We provide two possibilities to search and play songs.
1) Search and play songs on our pad or touch screen. This is connected to our music server.
2) Search and play songs via Youtube on your personal device such mobile phone and Ipad. Note: Using one same device to connect, please do not switch to different personal mobile devices, otherwise, the time taken up by connection interruption will be borne by customers themselves.
Upon arrival, our staff will guide you to your room and demonstrate how to use the equipments, which are very simple and easy to understand.

We have disabled the built-in YouTube feature in our system. The reason is that it could no longer provide access to all songs, especially latest released albums. To ensure you can play any song you want, we now recommend connecting Youtube on your own mobile device. Please note that any advertisements played on personal YouTube accounts are beyond our control. The time consumed by ads must be borne by the user, and we do not extend for any time loss caused by advertisements. Please use this connection with consideration.

Yes, you can. You may connect your device to play songs via YouTube. For the best sound and video experience, we strongly recommend using one same mobile device, and avoid connection interruption by switching to different devices.

Club Mix server provides a music library of over 300,000 songs, with automatic daily updates. Through our server, Our guests can pick songs in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, and Malay etc.
Yes. All songs you select on our provided equipment are saved in the playlist. You can adjust the order at any time, prioritize the songs you want to play next, and skip songs you don’t like. Other queued songs remain in their original position.

we are a modern, high-tech karaoke venue. All songs can be quickly searched on-site over specific devices, and you can sing songs in any language—there is no fixed song playlist.
Singing songs with lyrics through our device is possible, but if you connect your youtube on your mobile phone device, we recommend you to search songs in karaoke version.
Early access to the room depends on actual booking schedules, and we cannot guarantee it. You are welcome to check with our staff in advance—if the room is available before your reservation, you may enter with our permission.

When a fire alarm is activated, it may result in:

If the alarm is triggered by external factors beyond a guest’s control, we will compensate for the time lost due to evacuation or interruption.

A Membership Card (MC) gives you an instant discount on minimum consumption for the room from Sunday to Thursday. The Friday, Saturday and the day before public holidays in Berlin. (For example: April 30, 2026, the date before Labor Day) are excluded from use:
MC 30% → 30% off the room price, minimum consumption has also been reduced to the 30% off discounted amount.

Guests bring and consume outside food at their own risk. Club Mix shall not be liable for any health-related issues arising from outside food.

Pet owners assume full responsibility and liability for their pets’ behavior and actions while on the premises.
