Our room prices are based on a minimum consumption, which already includes drinks and snacks.

Minimum consumption means that the total amount spent in one hour on snacks and drinks must reach the room price.  If book 3 hours, then 3 times room prices. 

If your total consumption is below the minimum, the difference will be charged as room rent.

We take Room 5 as an example:

The minimum consumption or price for Room 5 is €220 per hour.

This means you may order up to €220 worth of snacks and drinks  from our menu within one hour with no additional charges.

If your total order exceeds this amount, like you spend €250, the extra €30 will need to be paid separately.

Our rooms are charged based on a minimum consumption per hour, and each room has a maximum capacity.  You can spend this amount ordering snacks and drinks from our menu.

→ You still need to pay €140

If you spend €180

The overnight booking will spilt up into 2 durations in one booking-order . You firstly book the room from 10.00 pm to 12.00 pm for the first day, then select the ”add another timeslot” and go next, where you are able to select the timeslot on the next day starting from 00.00 to 01.00 am. Your booking will be sucessfully carried out after paying two times deposits.  

It depends on the booking schedule. If the room is booked before your party, you can only enter at the scheduled time to decorate. If the room is available, you may decorate in advance after consulting our staff and receiving approval.

Yes, parents are allowed to decorate the room themselves for free of charge. 

Prohibited decoration materials: 

• Materials that are difficult to clean, such as confetti, powders, etc..
• Flammable or explosive materials, such as fireworks.
• Smoke machines.

Important notes:

All decorations brought in must be completely removed and cleaned up when leaving the room. Failure to do so will incur additional cleaning fees  to our terms and conditions.

Yes, bringing a birthday cake is allowed.

Important notes:

1) We provide paper plates and a knife for cutting the birthday cake.

2) Parents may bring the cake to the store in refrigerator in advance during opening hours.

Drinks are not allowed, but parents are welcome to bring their own food, as long as they follow our outside food rules. 

• An extra service charge of 5% of the total bill will apply.
• Parents have to sign an Disclaimer for takeaway food.

Examples of prohibited items include:  Any kind of drinks, pasta, soup, oily or fried foods, strong-smelling foods such as garlic or onion dishes, fish or seafood, and any food that may spill, stain, or damage furniture and equipment.

Allowed items include: Cakes, muffins, cookies, chocolate, candies, nuts, chips, and small cold sandwiches.

Exceptions / Allowed Items: Certain food items may be allowed with prior approval, including:

• Pizza
• Hamburger
• French fries
• Chicken nuggets
• Sushi

Parents must notify staff in advance if they plan to bring these items. Bringing outside food without approval may result in additional charges according to our terms and conditions.

In principle, exceeding the maximum capacity of a room is not allowed. If guests insist on doing so, it must be approved by us in advance. In the meantime, an additional charge of €15 per extra person per hour will apply.

Please note that when the number of guests exceeds the room’s capacity, we cannot guarantee comfort or sufficient seating, as the furniture, sound system, and air conditioning are designed for a fixed number of people. However, we will do our best to serve all guests and ensure a pleasant experience.

No, there is no age limit. Guests celebrating birthdays at Club Mix range from 3 years old to 60 years old. Some parents even celebrate birthdays for newborns or children under 3. We are a family-friendly venue and an ideal place for birthday celebrations for all ages.

However, if no parents are attending, we require a Einverständniserklärung form signed by all parents of the children attending the party.

Yes, we allow children to celebrate their birthday without parents present. We provide a private space for birthday parties, free from outside distractions. However, if no parents are attending, we require a Einverständniserklärung form signed by all parents of the children attending the party.

According to German law (Jugendschutzgesetz – Youth Protection Act), the following rules apply:

• 18 years and older: All alcoholic drinks, including spirits and cocktails, are permitted.

Yes! We provide a state-of-the-art music system. If the birthday child has a specific theme song to pick.  Parents can play it directly from their own phone via YouTube. Practically any song available on YouTube can be sung here.

Additionally, our wall-mounted touch screens offer customizable lighting effects. Parents can select different lighting modes, allowing children not only to sing, but also to dance and play games under beautiful, dynamic lights.

No, sorry we do not provide birthday decoration services.

In principle, yes, parents are able to pay full amount before arrival. We can provide our bank account for a transfer. However, we do not recommend this payment mothod. Firstly, our service is based on a minimum consumption, which refers to a specific limit amount of spending. If the total consumption exceeds this minimum, additional payment will be required, which may create extra work for parents. Secondly, reservations may be forced to be cancelled due to personal emergencies. This uncertainty will tie up the parents’ funds for a period of time and also increase the workload for both parties.

If advance full payment is necessary, we suggest that the child brings cash to pay on the day.

• Drawing, writing, or marking on sofas or other furniture is strictly prohibited.

If any of the above rules are violated, Club Mix reserves the right to take appropriate action in accordance with our venue policies.
