Our room price is based on the minimum consumption. 

Minimum Consumption means the minimum amount you must pay when you book a room. You don’t pay for the room itself — you just need to order at least the minimum amount in food and drinks. 

Example (Room 3):

Minimum consumption is €140 per hour.

If your group orders food and drinks worth €130

→ you still pay €140. (Difference will be charged as room rent)

If your group orders €141

→ you pay €141.

So you always pay at least €140, or more if you spend more.

Our rooms are charged based on a minimum consumption per hour, and each room has a maximum capacity.  You can spend this amount ordering snacks and drinks from our menu.

If you spend €180

→ You pay €180

No additional charges will apply If your total consumption does not exceed the room’s minimum consumption requirement.

However, extra fees may be charged in cases of violation of room rules such as intentional damage, failure to comply with our cleanliness requirements etc.1

Yes, room reservations can be canceled or modified up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival or event date for free of charge.  Failure to do it may deposit be non-refundable.

The overnight booking will spilt up into 2 durations in one booking-order . You firstly book the room from 10.00 pm to 12.00 pm for the first day, then select the ”add another timeslot” and go next, where you are able to select the timeslot on the next day starting from 00.00 to 01.00 am. Your booking will be sucessfully carried out after paying two times deposits.  

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems according to German fire safety regulations.

If smoking triggers a fire alarm, causing power outages, people evacuation, or fire department response, the responsible individual will be held fully liable for all resulting damages and costs.

Violations will be penalized according to venue rules. In worst cases, we reserve the right to ask the responsible person to leave the premises.

Our staff will inform you when your orders are close to the minimum spending limit and ask whether you would like to continue ordering.

You may also check your current spending at any time by consulting our staff.

This helps ensure transparency and avoids unexpected additional charges.

In principle, exceeding the maximum capacity of a room is not allowed. If guests insist on doing so, it must be approved by us in advance. In the meantime, an additional charge of €15 per extra person per hour will apply.

Please note that when the number of guests exceeds the room’s capacity, we cannot guarantee comfort or sufficient seating, as the furniture, sound system, and air conditioning are designed for a fixed number of people. However, we will do our best to serve all guests and ensure a pleasant experience.

Sorry, it is not acceptable. The deposit is required to book a room, but it will not offset against what you consume in the room or total room rent  amount. You have to pay full amount of payment at the check-out. In the meantime, deposit will be refunded in full amount back your original payment account. 

Yes, of course. We accept both credit card and cash payments on site.

We generally do not recommend paying the full amount in advance, as our minimum consumption is not a fixed price and depends on actual consumption. If the final consumption exceeds the prepaid amount, the remaining balance must still be paid on site.

Invoices and Bewirtungsbelege (hospitality receipts) can only be issued after the event has taken place. We are unable to issue invoices in advance, as events may be postponed or cancelled.

For company events with buffet catering reservations, a deposit is required, and an invoice can be issued for the deposit amount.

For most guests, we recommend securing the reservation by paying a deposit online or on site.

Once you complete your online reservation and pay the required deposit, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email.

Only a deposit is required to secure a successful booking. The full amount is not required for reservation.

We strongly recommend making a reservation in advance. As we are often fully booked, we cannot guarantee room availability for walk-in guests.

Normally, staying after our closing time is not allowed.

However, with prior approval from staffs, you can extend your renting hour.

In this case, double room fee will be charged – this extra amount covers our staff’s overtime and service costs.

Example:

Our regular closing time is 2:00 AM.

A guest in Room 1 (minimum spend €90 per hour) requests to extend one more hour to 3:00 AM.

This extra hour will cost €180 istead of €90. The amount of €90 for the regular room fee. The rest of €90 for staff overtime and service charges.
