Service Fee

Club Mix will charge a 20% service fee based on the total order amount. This fee is for room service coordination and handling. Once the food delivery arrives at Club Mix, guests are required to immediately pay the 20% service fee, either by credit card or cash.

Delivery Time Coordination

Guests must communicate directly with the restaurant in advance to confirm delivery time. Club Mix is not responsible for delays caused by the restaurant or delivery service.

Club Mix does not assume any responsibility or liability for issues arising from the food delivery service. The food delivery transaction is strictly between the guest and the restaurant, and any related matters must be resolved directly between them.
